You will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. After receiving the acceptance of the order, we start its implementation, and you will be kept informed about the progress of our work.
The completion date depends on IKMJ noting your payment!
The completion date results from the payment being recorded by us.
If the order includes the provision of files or exams, the files will be made available up to 3 business days after the IKMJ records the payment.
If the order is for training, the delivery date is listed on the product page.
If the order concerns services (audits, consultations, etc.) for which the delivery date is not specified on the product page, we will contact you within 3 working days at the latest (see Payment methods).
We do not carry out orders for download or unpaid!
Product availability
The number of products in our store is unlimited.
VAT invoices
Proforma invoice is issued at your request and it is only a commercial offer. It is not an invoice issued within the meaning of the Polish Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 54 item 535 as amended).
We will issue a VAT invoice for each order and it will be sent only electronically in PDF format to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
