How to check product availability?

Our products / services provided in the store are carried out online. So their number is unlimited.


 

How to check the order status?

We will send information about the progress of your order to your e-mail address. In addition, after logging in to your account in the “My Account” tab, you will have access to all information about your current and already completed orders: status, content, addresses provided, etc.


 

How long will I wait for the parcel?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with information about your order and payment method. Make the payment (unless of course you have made an online payment beforehand) – then we also start the process of its implementation. Information on the status of your order will be sent to your email address on an ongoing basis.

The shipping date depends on the time you make the payment. In the case of payment by traditional transfer: from the moment you record the payment with us, you will receive an e-mail about the sharing of files up to 3 business days. In the case of Paynow payment: the order will be processed automatically after making the payment.


 

What are the forms of delivery?

After completing the order, you will receive a download link by e-mail. The link will be valid for up to 30 days.
Note: You have 3 attempts to download a digital product and 30 days to pass the exam shared .


 

How much will I pay for the shipment?

As the processing of orders and shipping of digital products takes place online, we will not charge you any additional costs.


 

How do I pay for my order?

Depending on the value of the order, the chosen method of delivery and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following payment methods available on the website: Payment methods.


 

What are discount coupons?

In many promotional campaigns, we offer our customers discount coupons. They have the form of codes that should be entered in the basket, in the appropriately marked field. This will convert the amount to be paid taking into account the discount.

Remember that most discount codes have an expiry date and the code can only be assigned to specific products. After its expiry, the rebate code is no longer active – it will not result in granting a specific rebate.


 

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices for all products purchased in our store. We only send invoices electronically to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.

Remember to provide the invoice details in the form with your details: company name, registered office address and tax identification number. Please also provide us with your e-mail address in the “Additional information” box if the shipping address of the VAT invoice is different from yours.


 

How do I change my order?

You can modify your orders only until its content is complete. At the time of sending it to the indicated address, modification is no longer possible. For any modification of your order (change of address, adding a product to the order, changing the method of payment or delivery), contact us as soon as possible – preferably by e-mail: store@ikmj.org .


 

I placed an incorrect order. How do I cancel them?

You can cancel your orders only until the content is completed. As soon as it is sent to the address provided, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible – by e-mail: store@ikmj.org .


 

I have a problem with an ordered product. What now?

If you have a problem with downloading the content of your order, please contact us by e-mail store@ikmj.org. We will ask you to send screenshots. Send them to us at the following e-mail address: store@ikmj.org

Can I return the purchased product?

Yes, the return of the digital product may only take place before downloading the files provided in the Store and the commencement of the training or exam after informing the Store in writing about the return of the digital product and the method of payment refund.


 

How to use online training?

Buy online training. After the payment is credited to us, you will receive an e-mail informing you about the completion of the order. Log in to ikmj.org
Go to My Account in the top menu.
Go to the Downloads tab. Click on the blue frame with the short name of the training. The download will start automatically. REMEMBER! First, redo the training materials!
When you’re ready, log back in to the ikmj.org website. Go to My Account in the top menu. On the right, click on: My Courses and Exams . List of my online courses and exams will open. Click on an exam. Detailed information about the exam will be displayed on the website. In the table Course content , click on an exam.
From the page that opens, click Get Started . Good luck!

The exam is available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Each exam has a duration specified in the product description.
